Congratulations! Cambodia Wins Two Travel Awards for Cultural Tourism

PHNOM PENH: Cambodia took home two awards from the 2023 World Travel Awards. According to the Ministry of Tourism, Cambodia won Asia's Leading Cultural Destination and Leading Youth Cultural Destination.

The World Travel Awards was established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all key sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries. Cambodia also won two awards at last year’s ceremony in Ho Chi Minh.

In 2023, Cambodia expects to receive about five million international tourists, while in the first eight months of 2023, Cambodia received more than 3.5 million international tourists.
